1. Product Description

The Execution Edge Dashboard is a MetaTrader 5 indicator suite combining a main multi-timeframe dashboard with five bonus standalone indicators.

1.1 Main Dashboard

• Extreme High/Low Dashboard — Price position relative to weekly Monday ranges across 20+ pairs
• Keltner Channel Dashboard — Multi-timeframe band positioning across 6 timeframes
• Stochastic Dashboard — Multi-timeframe overbought/oversold monitoring
• Market Weather Brief, H4 Currency Strength Matrix popup, Session Grade Engine
• Trade Activity Snapshot, CSV export, per-pair alert system

1.2 Bonus Indicators (Included)

• Currency Strength Matrix (CSM) — Real-time ranking of all 8 major currencies
• US Indices Strength Matrix (USM) — ATR-normalised strength for US30/US100/US500/US2000/XAUUSD
• HTF Candle Overlay — Higher timeframe candles on any lower TF chart
• Session Boxes — Session overlays, pivots, ADR, Fibonacci, and key levels with toggle buttons
• Breakout Continuation Checklist (BCC) — Full confluence panel with Trade Focus signal

• Free updates while subscription is active

1.4 Subscription Terms

• Price: $49.95/month, billed automatically
• License coverage: Up to 3 MT5 accounts per subscription
• License lock: Each indicator file is permanently compiled for the specific MT5 account numbers you provide
• Cancel anytime: No penalties — access continues through the paid period
• Expiration: Indicators stop loading when the subscription expires after the current period ends

2. Subscription & Billing

2.1 How Billing Works

• First charge: $49.95 upon subscription
• Recurring charges: $49.95 every month on your subscription date
• Automatic renewal: Continues until you cancel
• Payment processor: Gumroad (secure, PCI-compliant)

2.2 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your Gumroad account
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Access continues through the end of your paid period
• Indicators stop loading after paid period expires
• No partial refunds for unused time

2.3 Resubscription

• Same account numbers: Your existing files work again after renewal
• Changed account numbers: Recompilation required at $25 per account

3. Why No Refunds?

This is a custom-compiled digital product:

• Each indicator file is compiled specifically for your MT5 account numbers
• Once delivered, the product cannot be returned or undelivered
• You receive immediate access to all indicators and documentation

3.1 What You Can Do Instead

• ✅ Cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties
• ✅ Contact support for any technical issue — we'll resolve it
• ✅ Verify broker compatibility by emailing us before purchase

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

• ❌ "Changed my mind"
• ❌ "Don't know how to use it" (full documentation and support are provided)
• ❌ "Not profitable" (this is not a profit guarantee)
• ❌ "Broker incompatibility" (verify before purchasing)
• ❌ "Wrong account numbers provided" (your responsibility to verify)
• ❌ "Technical issues" (support is available to resolve these)

4. License & Usage Restrictions

4.1 What You CAN Do

• ✅ Use on up to 3 MT5 accounts as specified at purchase
• ✅ Use for personal trading on live or demo accounts
• ✅ Use for prop firm challenges (FTMO, Hola Prime, The 5%ers, etc.)
• ✅ Export data via CSV for personal analysis

4.2 What You CANNOT Do

• ❌ Share compiled files with other traders
• ❌ Resell or redistribute the indicators
• ❌ Use on more than 3 MT5 accounts
• ❌ Reverse-engineer or decompile the code
• ❌ Claim ownership or rebrand the product
• ❌ Create derivative works

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination without refund.

5. MT5 Account Numbers & Recompilation

5.1 Critical Requirement

5.2 How to Find Your Account Number

1. Open MetaTrader 5
2. Go to Tools → Options
3. Click the "Server" tab
4. Copy your account number exactly as shown

5.3 Recompilation Service

• Cost: $25 per account
• When needed: Wrong numbers submitted, changed broker, or prop firm changed your account number
• How to request: Email support@executionedgedashboard.com with new account numbers
• Turnaround: Within 24 hours after payment

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Forex and indices trading carries substantial risk of loss
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• This is not financial advice or investment recommendation
• We make no guarantees of profits, win rates, or specific outcomes
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose

6.1 No Guarantees

We make no representations regarding profitability, win rate, passing prop firm challenges, avoiding drawdowns, or any specific trading outcome.

7. Technical Requirements & Compatibility

7.1 System Requirements

• Required: Windows 7 or newer (Windows 10/11 recommended)
• Required: MetaTrader 5 desktop app (build 3440+)
• Required: 2 GB RAM minimum (4 GB+ recommended)
• Required: Stable internet connection

7.2 Not Compatible With

• ❌ Mac OS (unless using Windows emulation)
• ❌ Mobile devices or tablets
• ❌ Web-based MT5 platforms
• ❌ MetaTrader 4 (MT4)

7.3 Broker Compatibility

• Works with most major MT5 brokers (IC Markets, Pepperstone, FTMO, Hola Prime, etc.)
• Broker must use standard MT5 symbol naming; broker symbol suffixes are handled automatically
• Incompatibility does not qualify for refund — verify before purchasing by emailing us

8. Support Policy

8.1 Support Includes (During Active Subscription)

• Installation assistance for all indicators
• Technical troubleshooting
• Feature explanations for the main dashboard and all bonus indicators
• License error resolution

8.2 Support Does Not Include

• ❌ Trading advice or signals
• ❌ Market analysis or predictions
• ❌ Strategy development
• ❌ Phone or live chat support
• ❌ Support after subscription ends

9. Updates & Modifications

9.1 Product Updates

• Updates provided free while subscription is active
• Covers bug fixes, MT5 compatibility patches, and improvements for all 6 indicators
• Updates stop when subscription ends

9.2 Subscription Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers
• Existing subscribers receive 30 days' notice before any price increase
• You may cancel before any increase takes effect

9.3 Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• All indicators are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $49.95 (one month's subscription)
• We are not responsible for losses due to technical issues, broker problems, or user error
• We are not liable for the consequences of your trading decisions

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback for a delivered subscription may constitute fraud. If you have any concerns, please contact us first.

11.1 Before Filing a Chargeback

1. Email support@executionedgedashboard.com
2. Allow 48 hours for a response
3. Work with us to resolve the issue
4. Or simply cancel your subscription — no penalties apply

11.2 Chargeback Consequences

• Immediate license termination and loss of access to all indicators
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Possible reporting to chargeback databases

12. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if you violate any term of this agreement, including sharing files, attempting to reverse-engineer the code, or filing invalid chargebacks. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by mediation, then binding arbitration if necessary.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Execution Edge Dashboard regarding this subscription service, superseding all prior communications.
