1. Product Description
The Multi-TF Execution Edge Dashboard is a comprehensive MetaTrader 5 (MT5) indicator system that combines three powerful dashboards:
- Extreme High/Low Dashboard: Monitors price extensions relative to recent high/low levels across 20+ currency pairs
- Keltner Channel Dashboard: Tracks price position across 6 timeframes relative to dynamic channel bands
- Stochastic Dashboard: Multi-timeframe stochastic oscillator monitoring across 6 timeframes

1.2 Subscription Terms:
- Price: $79/month, billed automatically
- License Coverage: Up to 3 MT5 accounts per subscription
- License Lock: Each dashboard is permanently locked to the specific MT5 account numbers you provide
- Cancel Anytime: No penalties, access continues through paid period
- Expiration: Dashboards stop working when subscription expires after current period ends
2. Subscription & Billing
2.1 How Billing Works:
- First charge: $79 upon subscription
- Recurring charges: $79 every month on your subscription date
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription continues until you cancel
- Payment processor: Gumroad (secure, PCI-compliant)
2.2 Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime through your Gumroad account
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Access continues through the end of your paid period
- Dashboards stop working after paid period expires
- No partial refunds for unused time
2.3 Resubscription:
- If account numbers unchanged: Your old files will work again after renewal
- If account numbers changed: Recompilation required at $25 per account
3. Why No Refunds?
This is a digital product with custom compilation. Here's why refunds aren't possible:
- Each dashboard is customized and compiled specifically for your MT5 account numbers
- Once delivered, the product cannot be "returned" or "undelivered"
- You receive immediate access to all three dashboards
- Installation guides and manuals are provided immediately
3.1 What You Can Do Instead:

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund:

4. License & Usage Restrictions
4.1 What You CAN Do:
- ✅ Use on up to 3 MT5 accounts (as specified at purchase)
- ✅ Use for personal trading (live or demo accounts)
- ✅ Use for prop firm challenges (FTMO, Alpha Capital, etc.)
- ✅ Export data via CSV for personal analysis
4.2 What You CANNOT Do:
- ❌ Share files with other traders
- ❌ Resell or distribute the dashboard
- ❌ Use on more than 3 MT5 accounts
- ❌ Reverse-engineer or decompile the code
- ❌ Claim ownership or rebrand the product
- ❌ Create derivative works
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination without refund.
5. MT5 Account Numbers & Recompilation
5.1 Critical Requirements:
⚠️ The dashboard is locked to the MT5 account numbers you provide at purchase.
Wrong account numbers = dashboard won't work. This is NOT eligible for refund.
5.2 How to Find Your Account Number:
- Open MetaTrader 5
- Go to Tools → Options
- Click "Server" tab
- Copy your account number exactly
5.3 Recompilation Service:
- Cost: $25 per account
- When needed: If you provided wrong numbers, changed brokers, or prop firm changed your account
- How to request: Email support with new account numbers and payment proof
- Turnaround: 24-48 hours after payment
💡 Pro Tip for Prop Traders: Link the dashboard to a DEMO account instead of your prop account. Manually copy trades to your prop account. This way, when prop firms change your account numbers between phases, you avoid recompilation fees.

7. Technical Requirements & Compatibility
7.1 System Requirements:
- Required: Windows 7 or newer (Windows 10/11 recommended)

- Required: 2GB RAM minimum (4GB+ recommended)
- Required: Stable internet connection
7.2 NOT Compatible With:
- ❌ Mac OS (unless using Windows emulation)
- ❌ Mobile devices or tablets
- ❌ Web-based MT5 platforms
- ❌ MetaTrader 4 (MT4)
7.3 Broker Compatibility:
- Works with most major MT5 brokers (IC Markets, Pepperstone, FTMO, etc.)

- May not work with heavily restricted broker environments

9. Updates & Modifications

9.2 Subscription Price Changes:
- We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers
- Existing subscribers: 30-day notice before any price increase
- You may cancel before increase takes effect
9.3 Terms Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Dashboard provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are NOT liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages
- Our total liability shall NOT exceed $79 (one month subscription)
- We are NOT responsible for losses due to technical issues, broker problems, or user error
- We are NOT liable for consequences of your trading decisions
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback for a delivered subscription may constitute fraud. If you have concerns, contact us first.
11.1 Before Filing a Chargeback:
- Contact support: proptrader46@gmail.com
- Allow 48 hours for response
- Work with us to resolve issues
- OR simply cancel your subscription - no penalties
11.2 Chargeback Consequences:
- Immediate license termination
- Loss of access to all dashboards
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Reporting to chargeback databases
- Possible legal action
Remember: You can cancel your subscription anytime through Gumroad to avoid future charges.
12. Termination
We may terminate your license immediately if you:
- Violate any term of this agreement
- Share or distribute the dashboard
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the code
- Use the dashboard for fraudulent purposes
- File invalid chargebacks
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the seller regarding the Multi-TF Execution Edge Dashboard subscription service.
This agreement supersedes all prior communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

- Verified your MT5 account numbers are correct
